At Kansas Jacket, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we ensure the highest quality in all our products, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be required. To make the process simple, we offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy.
30-Day Return & Exchange
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags/packaging intact.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card, etc.).
- Exchanges are allowed for a different size, color, or style. If the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a reliable courier service (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) with a valid tracking ID.
- Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours once the returned product is received at our warehouse.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.
- If canceled after 24 hours but before shipping, a 25% service fee will apply.
- Once shipped, cancellations and changes cannot be made.
Defective or Wrong Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- Our support team will arrange a free exchange or replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are specially tailored for you.
- Items not returned in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
